skinny wrist, bad idea working out arm?

I've thinking about doing a lot of heavy work outs in just a few days, and I was wondering if I have small wrists would my arms look disproportional to my wrist. I'm hoping that my wrist will get bigger too if I eat and exercise, but if that isn't the case then I'm really screwed because my wrists are just as tiny as it can get. ( I can use my pinky and thumb to reach whole circumference of my wrist, and my fingers are short too!)
i remember when i was a little kid i had small wrist, here is a good way to increase your wrist size is to take a dumbbell and curl it with just your wrist not your arm just your wrist, better yet hold your arm straight out palms face up with the dumbbells in your hand and move your wrist back toward your arm it will build muscle in your wrist and forearm.
