Itx Home Server

Debating getting this motherboard or not. Quick Question!?

The Jetway J7F5M1G5D-VDE MINI-ITX VIA C7 at my local computer store is on sale for $60. I like it cause of the fact it is small, and use very little power. BUT will i be downgrading my server? I have a old p4 1.9ghz at home which is mainly for BT, file storage (for within and outside of my network) I see this is Gigabit too which will improve file transfer speed inside my home because my old mobo doesnt have gigabit. BUT will it slow down what i am currently doing with the computer with this weak CPU?

Im running windows xp currently. Probably upgrading to windows home server in future.

Thank you!

I've never seen test results for the C7, but I believe it's a little weaker than the Pentium-M chips. Just doing file transfers doesn't require much CPU power at all, that just relies upon the speed of your drive and nic (so having gigabit would help). But for BT, I'd be wary of it... I certainly wouldn't want to run Windows server on it.
