Remote access when booting up.?

Is it possible to use Windows 7's built in RDP program to access a computer even when it is booting up? I have a server which hosts a game for me and my friends and I access it remotely. It's currently under configuration so it is frequently turned on and off. Is there any way to access this server (which is a Mini-ITX motherboard based computer, not a real server) just after i've turned it on? ie, when BIOS or the "Loading Windows 7" screen appears?

No, you would need a KVM over IP switch for that for example or make use of HP's iLO, which is included with many of their server hardware.
