It's fine... just keep in mind that OEM CD/DVD burners don't come with any software (like Nero) whereas retail burners do. Might be worth an extra $5 if you don't already have software to install.

I personally lean towards the Samsung Spinpoint F3 drives over the WD Caviar Black, but that's splitting hairs- those are two of the best drives currently on the market.

I can't argue against having more room and better airflow, but i don't see any problem with what you've already got.

Everything else is excellent- CPU, GPU, PSU, motherboard, RAM.

Actually, there is one recommendation I'll make... get a different monitor! I'm currently typing on a machine with an Asus VW224 22" LCD monitor, so I can tell you from experience there's one problem with these things. They have a very limited viewing angle before you run into gamma problems. If you're viewing the screen from slightly below or above the optimal angle, colors are off. And the base is fixed, not sliding/adjustable height. I'm seriously considering going back to my old 1440x900 Gateway monitor.
