custom desktop AMD PSU help?

Copmputer custom build help PSU? AMD?
I'am building a computer and would like to know if everything fits together and pretty much any advice that can be given i would like to hear, also will the 500W PSU be enough to handle everything?

cpu - AMD athlon ii X4 640
mobo- gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3
HDD- 2tb wd
RAM- 4gb kingston ddr3 ram
GPU- gigabyte radeon HD5570 1gb
case- raidmax typhoon/typhosn = all components fit inside

and maybe a dual layer dvd burner

the OS i will be using is windows 7 ultimate 64bit

please dont tell me the HDD is to big anything beside that i would love to hear

and my lat question why do some people dislike AMD; i currently have an intel i5 comp and am making this one for my casual gaming and would just like to know what the big problem is with AMD because i havent found or had any in the past?

thank you for all and any advice or help

Size wise I don't think you are going to have any issues with fitting you kit in to the case.

Add 2 smaller HDD ~ 500Gb should alright and use this for your o/s, applications, etc, use the 2Tb as storage for your music, games etc. With the second smaller drive, once you have installed your os, drivers and other crap, ghost the install onto it and then remove it from the case and store it in an anti static bag, so that if you have a head crash on the primary drive, you whack in the backup and your up and runing again pretty quickly.

The other thing to do would be to once a month re do the ghost, so that you don't have re download your updates for your drivers, o/s games etc.

I FAILED TO DO THIS AND IT WAS MOST FRUSTRATING!!!

My advice would be to get at least a 750W psu, the less it has to work (ie less heat generated by the psu) to provide voltage on trespectiveive power rails the better, personally my gaming rig is running an ThermalTaketake Toughpwer 850W, yet my hardware specs would call for ~ 650W.

The other thing to consider is airflow within the case you have chosen,
