I have a laptop I purchased online and it is still under warranty for a few days. The USB ports do not work, I have tried installing the drivers for them and also had Dell customer service remotely connect to my computer and they also told me the ports are burned out and non functioning.

Does anybody know how much it costs to get this repaired?
